Account
Can I become a customer of Almec Supplies?
Only companies can register with Almec Supplies. Unfortunately, consumers cannot order from Almec Supplies.
How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking here. You will then be redirected to the page where you can request a new password.
How can I create an account?
To order from us you must register yourself with your company details. You can sign up on the Become a partner page. The registration will be inspected by the sales department, and if necessary, you will first be contacted for a brief introduction.
What if I have forgotten my login details?
Forgotten password: Request a new password by going to this page. Forgotten email address: Send an email to sales@almec.nl or call +31 (0)546 - 454 054 and choose sales department.
Where can I find a backorder overview?
Packing slips: You can find a backorder overview on the packing slips that come with the delivered orders, or as a PDF file in the shipping confirmation. My account: You can also find an overview of your backorders under My account > backorders.
Can I add an extra address to my account?
Yes that is possible. Make sure you are logged in and go to My account > addresses and click Add new address.
Products
Do you also charge disposal fee?
Yes, only for shipments within the Netherlands. We do this with batteries and lamps. Various articles on our site apply a disposal fee. These are costs to be able to process articles in such a way that they harm the environment as little as possible. The disposal fee is calculated in the shopping cart.

Do you also charge private copy levy?
Yes, only for shipments within the Netherlands. We do this with the products below. Home copy levy is a statutory levy on data carriers (such as CDs / DVDs, hard drives, USB sticks and electronics such as mobile phones) that benefits copyright holders to compensate home copies.

Ordering
Where can I find a backorder overview?
Packing slips
You can find a backorder overview on the packing slips that come with the delivered orders, or as a PDF file in the shipping confirmation.
My account
You can also find an overview of your backorders under My account > backorders.
Can I receive back orders?
Yes, we use backorders as standard. In the shopping cart you can immediately see whether a product is available in the ordered quantity or is (partly) placed on backorder. If you do not want a backorder, adjust the quantity or remove the product from the shopping cart.
Advantages of backorders:
- You can always order for the cheapest price, even if there is no stock.
- If products are on backorder, you have priority for delivery of new stock.
Until what time can I forward my order?
E-mail
Orders placed by e-mail before 13:00 will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed by e-mail after 13:00 will be shipped the next day.
Website
Orders placed via the website before 15:00 will be shipped the same day.
Can I cancel a back order?
Yes, that is possible. You must then contact the sales department. This can be done by sending an email to sales@almec.nl.
I forgot to add something to an order. Can this still be added?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The order is fixed in our system. You should create a new order for the products you still need.
Can I have the order shipped to a different delivery address?
Yes, that is possible. Make sure you are logged in and go to My account > Addresses > Add new address and enter the address details for an extra address in your address book. NOTE: This method does not offer a possibility for drop shipment. Our address details are on the address label of the package. To date, we do not (yet) offer options for drop shipment shipments.

How can I report a missing or incorrect item from my order?
First and foremost, we're sorry! If your order was delivered, but had a missing or incorrect item, the quickest way to get help is by reporting via e-mail sales@almec.nl
A product has been delivered defective (D.O.A.), what should I do?
Our advice is to check your shipment for defects immediately upon receipt. Is there a defective item? Then you must report this to sales@almec.nl within 24 hours of receipt . Or send a photo with message via WhatsApp to +31 6 47 66 33 33.
I have transport damage with my shipment, what now?
In case that the packaging or its contents appears to be damaged upon arrival, you must report this immediately to the transport company and to Almec Supplies BV. This must be done within 2 days after delivery of the goods. Mail can be sent to sales@almec.nl or a WhatsApp message with photos to +31 6 47 66 33 33.

How can I track my shipment?
On the day the order is shipped, shipping information is already sent by e-mail. You can also track the order by
clicking on My account > Orders and copy the code. Go to the carrier's website to enter your details to track the shipment.

I have several items that I want to return, how can I do this?
Then you must request an RMA form. Before submitting the application, please read our terms and conditions below. You can request an RMA by clicking here.
RMA Conditions
Use the input fields on the RMA page. If the RMA is sent without registration, it will not be processed. The box may also only be sent after approval from the RMA department. We would like to ask you to pack the box with return goods as carefully as possible, so that items that are returned do not get damaged or become loose in the box. Please note the following points:
- Products must be registered correctly. The article number, number and reason must be entered on the RMA form.
- Products with an invalid article number will not be reimbursed.
- Products that are not defective, but are registered under reason "defect" will not be reimbursed. These products are not returned to the sender.
- Cartridges where no clear explanation of the complaint is described will not be reimbursed.
- Cartridges below the RMA weight will not be reimbursed. Use a scale with our weight list for this.
- Cartridges damaged by misuse will not be reimbursed.
You will receive an agreement from us for the RMA with instructions about sending. Please note that for an RMA request with only items for restock, you will be charged € 5.99 in shipping costs. Maximum box size is L120xW60xH50
